- Call to Order at 6:00 p.m.
- Roll Call: all present
- Minutes of November 12, 2013 meeting
- Motion to accept minutes made by Mr. Hall, seconded by Mrs. Lavallee, all in favor.
- Notice to Town Clerk in regard to 2014 Board Meeting Schedule
- 2014 budget discussions; no discussion; notation that Board would like to see cameras in new budget
- Treasurer’s Report
- Accountant’s Report
- Executive Director’s Report
- Status quo in regard to administrative duties.
- Current vacancies at 28WM and 68WM; anticipated occupancy by December 31, 2013.
- Completed remaining two annual reexaminations and processed on interim reexamination.
- Completed ADA Door installation.
- Concluded contract process for Fire Alarm Testing and sent to DHCD for final approval.
- Processed additional four applicants for three vacancies in Project-based program; last four applicants incomplete.
- Administered seven Annual Reexaminations and one Interim Change for MRVP.
- Administered two annual reexaminations, two Interim Reexaminations, one Portability Move-out, and one Other Change of Unit for the HCV program.
- Process four annuals reexaminations, one Interim Reexaminations, and one Change of Unit for the MRVP program.
- Public Input
- Next meeting will be January 14, 2014 at Depot Court.
